accredited investor

accredited investor

An accredited investor is a person with a high income or large property, free from the obligations.
Today the "accredited investor" think of a man who has:
1) the annual income per person of 200 thousand dollars or more; or
2) the annual income for a couple is 300 thousand dollars or more; or
3) the value of the assets net of liabilities of $ 1 million or more.
The fact that only 6 million people fit the definition of accredited investor, in my opinion, speaks about the fact that working for money, it is very difficult to get the right to invest in investments for the rich.
If you decide not to invest my time in the financial training, you should entrust their money to the competent financial Advisor, to help you make investment decisions.
In America today, only 6 million people comply with the requirements of the accredited investor. In a country with a population of approximately 250 million, this is only 2,4% of the population. If this statistic is true, then even smaller number of people fall into the following categories of investors. And this means that a large number of unskilled investors invest money in a very risky speculative investments, in which they should not have to invest.
In other words, less than 2.4 percent of the U.S. population have the right to make investments, located on the "fast track" of the game. This means that 97% of the population invest in the "rat race".
